1. Who handles your information

ReelRedo operates reelredo.com and determines how information is used to provide the service described here. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@reelredo.com.

2. Your photos, in short

Photos you upload are used only to make the videos you ask for and to keep the service safe. They are sent to our video provider and our content-safety checker for those purposes and nothing else. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell them. Videos are private unless you create a share link, which expires after 7 days.

Only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed. If someone uploaded your photo without permission, or a minor’s photo was uploaded without a guardian’s consent, email abuse@reelredo.com and we will remove it. You can ask us to delete your own photos, videos or whole account at any time by emailing support@reelredo.com.

3. AI processing

When you create a video, your photos, the scene you picked and any names or occasion you typed are sent through ReelRedo to EvoLink, which runs the Seedance video models that render it. Automated content-safety checks run before and after rendering: any names or occasion text is checked by the content-safety service of Waffo, our payment partner; SeeAPI receives short-lived links to your photos before rendering and a link to the finished video before it is shown to you. Both use what they receive only to return a safety verdict.

4. Accounts, payments and support

We store account information such as your name, email, password hash or Google sign-in identifiers, sessions, credit balance and ledger, purchase status and generation history. Sessions and security systems may process IP addresses and browser information. Our payment provider handles checkout and payment information; ReelRedo stores the identifiers and statuses needed to reconcile purchases, rather than full card details.

Resend delivers account and support emails and receives messages sent to our support address. When you contact us, your email address, message and any attachments may be processed by Resend and viewed by authorized support staff. Do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive documents.

5. Hosting, storage and analytics

Cloudflare hosts the site and provides private R2 object storage, database connection management, image processing and Turnstile abuse prevention. Our PostgreSQL database is hosted by a managed provider. Uploaded media and generated results may be stored in private storage and delivered through access checks or short-lived signed links.

Google Analytics 4 measures visits and product events. Microsoft Clarity records page interactions, such as clicks, scrolling and page representations for session replay. These services may process device, browser, page and usage information and use cookies or similar identifiers. Browser blocking controls can limit collection. Infrastructure and security logs may contain request addresses, timestamps and errors. Service providers may process information outside your country; their locations and retention practices vary.

6. Retention, purposes and your choices

We use information to provide requested processing, operate accounts, fulfill purchases, prevent abuse, answer support requests and understand usage. Depending on the applicable law and activity, this may involve performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent where required.

Account records, generation history, ledgers, payments and support correspondence are retained as needed to provide the service, handle disputes and meet applicable obligations. AI providers control their own retention; ReelRedo cannot promise immediate deletion across every provider.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, portability or restrictions where applicable. We may verify your identity and retain records required for legal or fraud-prevention purposes. You may complain to the relevant privacy authority. The service is not intended for children. We update this page when practices change.

We record steps you take in the product (for example seeing the price options, opening checkout or completing a payment) and which version of an offer you were shown, so we can measure and improve the service; different visitors may see different offers. These records are linked to your account and deleted with it.

We may email you about something you started, such as a checkout you did not complete, or about credits we added after a problem on our side. These emails are sent through Resend, at most one checkout reminder a week, and each has a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribing does not stop account, receipt or security emails.
