1. Who we are and agreement

ReelRedo operates reelredo.com. Contact us at support@reelredo.com. By creating an account or using ReelRedo, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age required to enter into a binding contract where you live.

2. What ReelRedo does

ReelRedo is an online service, not a physical product. You upload one or two photos, pick one of our preset scenes, choose the quality, resolution, length and format, and optionally type names and an occasion. Third-party AI providers then render a short video, which you can watch, download and share with a link. The scenes and their prompts are written by us; you cannot submit a free-form video prompt.

Your names or occasion text and your photos are checked by an automated content-safety service before rendering, and the finished video is checked before it is shown; flagged inputs are refused before anything is charged, and a flagged video is withheld and its credits returned. Our AI providers apply their own safety filters. If a model is temporarily unavailable, we may render your video with an equivalent or better model at the same credit cost. We may add, change or remove scenes, features and providers; where a change materially reduces the service, we will give reasonable notice when practical.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility; tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. One person may not open multiple accounts to collect free credits more than once; we may close such accounts and remove the credits.

4. Photos of real people and acceptable use

By uploading a photo you confirm that it shows you, or a person who has agreed to appear in the video; that you will not upload a minor’s photo unless you are their parent or legal guardian; and that you will not use the video to impersonate anyone or to pass it off as real footage.

Only submit content that you have the right and any necessary permission to use, including the consent of every person in your photos. Our Acceptable Use Policy lists the content you may not create (including sexual content, any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors, violence, hate speech, harassment, self-harm and deceptive impersonation), how we enforce it, and how to report a violation to abuse@reelredo.com. Breaking it can lead to removal of content, suspension or a permanent ban, forfeiture of credits, and reports to authorities.

Do not bypass quotas, payment checks, safety filters or other security controls, overload or scrape the service, or use it to harm others.

5. Prices, credits and subscriptions

Videos are paid for with credits. Before each video you see its credit cost, which depends on the quality, resolution and length you choose; for example, a standard 12-second 720p video costs 10 credits. Credits come from one-time packs (which never expire), subscriptions and occasional free grants. Credits are service units, not money, and cannot be transferred or withdrawn as cash.

Current prices are on the pricing page and at checkout. Prices and offers may change, and different visitors may be shown different offers, for example while we test offers, when we offer to upgrade a recent pack by paying only the difference, or in a reminder about an unfinished checkout. The price shown at checkout applies.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Annual plans are billed once a year and release their credits monthly. Our payment partner processes purchases as Merchant of Record under the terms shown at checkout; ReelRedo grants the corresponding credits after the payment is confirmed. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Your content and the videos you make

Your uploads remain yours. You give ReelRedo permission to store, process and send them to the providers described in our Privacy Policy only as needed to make and deliver your videos and keep the service safe. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models and we do not sell them.

Subject to these terms and to the rights of the people shown, you may use the videos you make for personal and commercial purposes. AI can produce unexpected or similar results for different users; we do not guarantee that an output is unique, accurate or free of third-party rights. You can ask us to delete your photos and videos at any time by emailing support@reelredo.com.

7. Suspension, liability and changes

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, abuse free credits, file fraudulent chargebacks, or create risk for others, including people shown in content. You can stop using ReelRedo and ask us to delete your account at any time.

The service is provided as is and may be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures, security or misuse; we do not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent file storage. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

We update the date on this page when these terms change and announce material changes in the product. Continuing to use ReelRedo after a change takes effect means you accept it.
